Delayed or Failed Delivery

Rosebally is not responsible for delays caused by:

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.

Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
