At Rosebally, we aim to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards for our fragrance products.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

No Return on Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or

  • An incorrect product is delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video for verification.

Refund Approval

All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Rosebally.
If approved, further instructions will be communicated to the customer.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor packaging damage

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
